It wasn't until 1989, when the two reconnected, that they hit it off and fell in love. And it didn't take long for them to figure out they were meant to tie the knot. The pair wed two years later, in July of 1991.

She Was a Makeup Artist

Berkoff studied fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles before becoming a successful Hollywood makeup artist. Berkoff worked on the sets of prestigious movies like Frankie and Johnny, Glengarry Glen Ross, and The Vanishing. However, one special work project would change her life, which brings us to the pair's reunion.

They Worked On a Movie Set Together

The movie Bad Influence was the setting for their reconnection. Berkoff was working as the film's makeup artist, and we imagine that sparks were flying when she did Rob's makeup for the film because the two fell in love and tied the knot two years later.

Berkoff is Now a Jewelry Designer

Berkoff continues to put her fashion degree to use as a jewelry designer and founder of the fine jewelry company Sheryl Lowe Jewelry. The collection features everything from earrings, necklaces, and stackable bracelets. You can shop her line available at your retailers like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Bergdorf Goodman.

The brand also sells men's jewelry. The line, called Mr. Lowe, was inspired by Rob and the couple's two sons.

They Have Two Sons Together

The couple shares two sons together, Matthew, 28, and John, 26, Lowe. According to his Instagram bio, their eldest son Matthew is an attorney, "occasional actor," and photographer. Their younger son, John, graduated from Stanford in 2018—and likes to troll his dad from time to time. He even posted a photo of John Stamos for his Rob's birthday.

Matthew posted a sweet family snapshot for Mother's Day in May. "Happy Mother’s Day to this amazing woman," he captioned the post. "You work so hard and continue to inspire those around you to be better people. Love you, mom. ❤️"

She Just Celebrated Her Birthday

Sheryl just celebrated her 60th birthday on June 20, and Rob posted the sweetest Instagram tribute for his wife's special day. Cue the "Awes!"

"Happy birthday to my love and my life," he wrote. "Smarter, hotter, more wonderfully complex, and more fun every year. You never stop becoming an even better version of yourself and such a gift to me and the boys. Enjoy the love that surrounds you today!"

She Loves Family Feud

It has always been Sheryl's dream to be on an episode of Family Feud. She's such a crazy fan that Rob once admitted that he gets better sleep on the road because when he's home, Sheryl wakes him up to play the Family Feud game on her iPad. "[She] wakes me up like, 'Honey, honey! Quick, name five foods that are gross,'" he said on an appearance of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I'm like, I just want to go to bed."

So earlier this month, as Sheryl's birthday present, Rob surprised her with a family appearance on Celebrity Family Feud. Sheryl thought they were at the studio filming a video for her upcoming birthday, but they were really on set for the show.

"The producers were telling me this—they said it was your birthday, it was your whole dream you wanted to be on the show, so Rob made it happen," host Steve Harvey said to Sheryl.
