    Dishonest, bate and switch with contract. Fee due at settlement/due now, and interest quoted a couple hundred for letter by para. It was $940. Told us if it got over $500 they would call to switch to 33% OF RECOVERY, did not call.

Hi! I'm Rick Lowell. Following a stint as a Navy submariner, I went to law school and then began working with insurance companies, representing those who allegedly caused injury to others. Soon I expanded my practice to help those who have been injured by others.
