I have installed Mobile Upgrade Tool ver. Q 5.1.8, just to have a look how it works. It is TCL's OS update utility for BB KEYone discussed here:

    https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...-tool-1117513/

According to User Manual (which can be found in tool\user_manual directory) BB USB drivers are bundled in the installation package. In my case, the drivers had already been installed before (v5.0.0.3) and Mobile Upgrade Tool's installer "repaired" them:

I suspect that the drivers version was downgraded. Here are INF files:

    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\bla ckberry_winusb.inf_amd64_2050824d6ba63950\blackber ry_winusb.inf
    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\bla ckberryncm.inf_amd64_084a151b51792ced\blackberrync m.inf
    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\rim pb_rndis.inf_amd64_45967aaa9a3aaed7\RIMPB_RNDIS.in f
    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\rim usbnt.inf_amd64_1a11096e900d757f\RimUsbNT.inf

    blackberry_winusb.inf - 11.0.0.4 (05/17/2016)
    blackberryncm.inf - 1.0.0.38 (03/23/2016)
    RIMPB_RNDIS.inf - 2.0.0.33 (05/16/2013)
    RimUsbNT.inf - 4.2.0.37 (08/21/2015)

My suspicions about USB drivers downgrade by the "repair" process proved unfounded. The four drivers listed in the post above remain intact and the "repair" only affects some 200 Windows registry keys and another 100 or so files in the following directory:

    C:\Users\ ..... \AppData\Local\Packages
