Reviews
- Edited 2 months agoThe notes say that "Tracks B6 and B7 are not listed on the packaging." Well, that is because they do not appear on the vinyl release, unfortunately.
- Found a copy at my local store and was shocked that it was still priced reasonable. What an underrated album. I still have the CDs from 2002. But these records sound incredible . Flat and quiet pressing .
- I love this by Paul. I had it on CD since it first came out. The Stereo record sounds great. Great songs. The Mono sounds good. Lo Fi as stated in an earlier review. Great songs on the Mono record. Buy this if you can still find it.

Love this twofer,.My favorite thing he ever done, love its ramshackle little ass.referencing Stereo / Mono (2×CD, Album) BUN 025
I love this twofer, the first an upbeat ramshackle thing of joy full of anger and cynicism, the second an album of more of a downtempo emotional version of part one, both very rough at the edges in the best possible way ready to collapse at any moment and sometimes they do, over repeat listening hooky as Fook.- Sounds pretty great for how lo-fi the original recordings were. Mono is as awesome as ever. Very clean right out of the sleeve, no surface noise.
- Perhaps a dumb question, but do we know for sure that this pressing of "Mono" is, in fact, recorded in mono?
- FYI: This is a RSD "first release" meaning it is NOT limited and it will get a wide release in a few months. Don't pay flipper prices.

If you're a true fan of Paul Westerberg, you probably know his hero is Alex Chilton. This would explain the difference between solo and Replacements releases. Listen to "Skyway" compared to the rest of The Replacements stuff. This is a buyable release.referencing Stereo / Mono (2×CD, Album) VR369
This is to be released on vinyl as a double album (includes Mono by Grandpaboy) for Record Store Day Black Friday on 11/29/19.
