- 11. 11 • Manifestaciones a este nivel no son muy comunes • Focos de bronquitis o bronconeumonía • Cardiomegalia • Patrones inespecíficos de necrosis • Degeneración e infiltración grasa
- 12. Cuadro Clínico 12 Incubación de aproximadamente 10-14 días, la enfermedad es de evolución insidiosa y lenta y varía según el paciente y la carga infectante. Hasta finales de la 2° semana se comienzan a ver las manifestaciones clínicas
- 13. 13 FIEBRE TIFOÍDEA Capa blanquecina en la lengua Hepatomegalia (30-40%) Esplenomegalia (23-68%) Úlceras en el intestino Roseola tifoídica 13% limitado a tórax y abdomen 1° FIEBRE 95-100% de los casos, aparece en la primera semana y va en aumento progresivo hasta 40°C (38.7-41°C) por >15 días y comienza a disminuir a la 3° semana. + Cefalalgia (8-75%), acompañada de anorexia, mal estado general. NOTA: La fiebre comienza a descender entre el 4° y 6° día posterior al inicio del tratamiento PULSO PARADÓJICO
- 14. 14 • DIARREAS (30-50%), poco numerosas, fétidas y verdosas, puede haber Estreñimiento (3-50%), dolor abdominal (13-61%), vómito (25-68%) • Puede haber datos de insuficiencia Hepática: - Ictericia - Sangrados (coagulopatías 15.9%) - CIV • Datos neurológicos: - Meningismo (5%), Meningitis - Crisis convulsivas, clono (<1%) - Alteraciones psiquiátricas “ESTADO TIFOÍDICO” 5-10% • Signos de miocarditis (arritmias, soplos, IC, etc) • Tos (8-69%), dolor bucofaríngeo (2-73%)
