According to police, Sean Hall was charged with eight felony counts of possession of substances with intent to manufacture methamphetamine; two felony counts of operating a meth lab, and two counts of depositing, storing and disposing of chemical waste, also a felony, for his alleged role in the crime.

The Bradford County Drug Task Force and Pennsylvania State Police received information from a source that Hall was selling and manufacturing meth from his home in Sayre.

During their investigation, police discovered that Hall allegedly purchased a large amount of materials used to produce meth. Police also conducted trash pulls outside of his residence and found more evidence linking the suspect to the crime.
