Guy Scott Obituary
Funeral services for Guy Collins Scott 75 will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday March 7 2005 at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Bro. Jerry Barker officiating. Burial will follow in Parkburg Cemetery. Mr. Scott died March 5 2005 at Jackson General Hospital. Mr. Scott was born on September 17 1929 in Henderson County TN. the son of the late Vester Martin and Lillie Mayo Scott. He was a member of Parkburg Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Bettye Landers Scott of Jackson TN; daughter Libby Cook of Jackson TN; and son Jerry Scott of Jackson TN; grandchildren Amy Gunnar and Sara Scott Tiffany Walker Lesley Bryant and Hunter Cook. Pallbearers to serve are Jack Couch Jeff Davis Mark Cook Ronnie Williamson Tim Fauler and Gary Williams. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
