I took my daughter for her 21st birthday on Sunday May 19. We had a party of 11. The restaurant had zero chicken items available. The steak was over cooked and one the side items wasn’t available either. The experience was great though with the music and the waitresses did an amazing job as servers and entertainers! This was my 2nd time at this location. The first time the food was amazing but this time no so much. This would be a great place to go for dessert but maybe hit up a different place to eat before.

It was a very fun experience for the first time ther. Definitely recommend it and will be going back. Only sad part of it was they were out of the ducks

It was a great fun place even though it was 💯 slammed we received our food and drinks in a timely fashion and the food was delicious! 😋 best fun and highly entertaining restaurant we been to in a long time!

We went for a 13th birthday outing. Our daughter is very shy so we didn’t get the birthday dance, but she enjoyed the chant. Very nice experience. A few minor issues with food such as burgers not well done, as requested, but any issues were resolved in a timely manner.

Bottom line , true what everyone says over priced food bad quality, cold steak $33..had to return it, fish tacos with rice no flavor, tiny guacamole portion for appetizer, crazy loud inside, will not go again....

In order of experience, easy to call and reserve or use Open Table. On arrival decent parking more or less, beautiful appearance of the property especially inside! Host staff cordial and pleasant. Menu is a mess. Very complex, hard to read, too many choices. Separate the drinks, dessert, and main menu and buffet menu. Don't do an all in one! So busy on the weekends so service is a little slow, not terrible. It is loud, thankfully we picked outdoor seating. Food was nicely prepared and reasonably well presented. Big portions! We had 2 things forgotten, minor side items, but still...desserts/candies were great as expected. It is a pricey meal, not outrageous. No recognition for the birthday at our table. Would go back on a weeknight maybe. The food was good though most importantly, it was the other considerations that made it a 4 and not a 5.

Celebrating Mother’s Day with family. The decor was whimsical and fun. But the service was awful and food was sub par. Three appetizers we ordered (guacamole and chips and two spinach dips) all came out with crushed chips, like from the bottom of the bag. They barely accommodate vegetarians or vegans, we had two in our party. The waitress tried hard but the kitchen messed up multiple orders and took ridiculously long for food and drinks to come out. One daughter’s meal came out after everyone else was done eating. The music was so loud we had to yell to hear each other speaking. I am all for atmosphere and fun vibes, but it was far too loud…Like a nightclub on a Mother’s Day Sunday afternoon. Overall dining experience took way too long, we were there over 3 hours and never even got to try the desserts. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Terrible experience.

The restaurant its beautifully decorated, very unique walls where you can take a lot of pictures. The menu is extensive but nothing unique other than the drink menu. They are ell known for the extravagant drinks. We went mother's day so the service was a little slow but the waiter told us that the kitchen was a little backed up. The wait for our food wasn't horrible. My only complain about the restaurant is how loud it was. It is not a place to have a conversation.

I hope our experience was a one off. My expectations were that, for such a high price point, service would be on point. We sat at our table for over an hour with no water. At the 2 hour point we had eaten all the food that had been brought to the table, but our kids were still waiting for their meal to be served. Willing to try again for another special occasion meal, but our experience is what it is.

our server was just lovely, but the bartenders were incredibly overwhelmed by the very complex drinks that take considerable amount of time and attention which I understand but waiting 20 minutes for a bottle of Pellegrino to Prosecco’s a beer a Sprite and orange juice was very excessive. Not to mention, we had a 12 o’clock reservation that we were on time for and we’re not seated until 12:42 PM . However, when the hostess did see us, she apologized for our wait.

This was a one and done experience for my family and I. I wasn’t very impressed by the service or the food. Food was constantly being sent to the wrong tables. My child was served her meal 10 minutes after all others in our party received their meal. She ordered the double stack signature rainbow pancakes and did not get the rubber duck that is included. She was very disappointed. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic.

We had a reservation for Mothers Day well in advance but felt like it was disregarded. Two similar sized parties were seated ahead of us then we were told there we no more tables inside. We opted to sit on the patio as we have three small children and could not wait long for something else to open. When at our table the hostess informed us they only had three high chairs which were all in use at the time (I have a 2yo and 1yo), but we made do with them in chairs. It took nearly 15min before anyone came to our table but we ordered drinks and food all at once to reduce the time between steps. Our food came out in a timely manner and was very good (the one positive). Our drinks (a martini and 2 goblets- one alcoholic, one non-alcoholic) did not come out until we had finished our meals. After the food runner dropped off our food our server never once came back until we were nearly done and that was when he brought our drinks. My husband ordered a soda and was unable to get any refills. When I got my goblet (alcohol one) it had more dry ice than usual so the drink, although tasty, was minimal. We told the server and noted the difference in the other goblet vs mine and he did take it off the bill. A manager never once came by to check in or apologize that the bar was so backed up (servers reason for the delay in drinks). I’ve worked in restaurants before and recall our managers renting extra supplies for big holidays (like high chairs). We have been to Sugar Factory a few times and the service/ product seems to be declining. For the price we pay I expect exceptional across the board and what we experienced was subpar. The server was nice enough but not attentive (not sure if he was too busy or what). If we come back we will certainly pick a far less busy time. Not a great experience for Mother’s Day.

The restaurant is beautiful inside and has a really great vibe. It did seem like there were a lot of new employees that day, as food was constantly being delivered to the wrong tables. However, the overall experience was great, the drinks and food were amazing, and our serve Bree was the best!

We sat outside to avoid the loud patrons celebrating. Unfortunately, the music turned up inside was also turned up outside disturbing our own experience. We didn't like to be "party poopers" but it really was overwhelming. Our server was kind and did a great job, the food was really good. We just don't care for the clientele energy. It was difficult to enjoy our own conversations and meal when other celebrations take precedence.

I booked reservations for my daughters Senior 2024 team mates for dinner before the prom on May 11, 2024. They had a fabulous time enjoying the food, ambience, server, and everything. I definitely will do it again for other events.

The performance was overall good but the food took at least 25 minutes to come out drinks took at least 30 minutes to come out and the waiter left and never came back to do a check up for about 30 minutes

There were multiple birthdays and the music was turned up too load and hurt ears and we could not have conversations at our table due to not being able to hear each other. I get celebrating but also have to consider other paying customers. Also prices are too high for what you get.

Absolutely a horrible experience. Decided against desert and just paid the bill to leave. Arrived a few minutes early for the 1130am reservation. We were sat immediately. Took ~15 to order food. Food came at 12:10pm. I had ordered the waffle breakfast burger, medium, eggs slightly runny. It was overcooked, the eggs weren't runny, the waffle was dry, and it didn't have any sausage gravy. I called the server and said it was supposed to have sausage gravy, which he said he would fix. I didn't mention the other things since it took 20 minutes to get food and my family would be done by then. They remade the entire thing anyway. That would've been fine, however this one came out with sausage gravy, but the waffles were mushyand gross, the burger was dry and crumbly (def not medium), and the egg was cooked completely through. Normally this is just a kitchen issue, however I also sat with an empty Pepsi glass for 30 minutes. Went to Kilwins for desert.

Food, severely overpriced, bland , and cold. I’m talking food with absolutely zero seasoning. They ran out of steak so no ordering anything with that . Service was very slow, was not even a full restaurant. Very, very loud, hard to have conversations. Not a place to go if you want a relaxed dinner for sure. It was so bad we didn’t even stay for dessert.

First timer here. Walked in and there was a dance number in progress, which was really cool! (Found out it’s $100 for a dance number for a birthday party, which makes it a lot less cool IMO). My wife and I had a reservation for 8PM, and we were seated a few minutes after 8. Nice waitstaff. We had already eaten dinner, so we were just there for dessert and possibly drinks. It took 15 minutes for our order to be taken. My chocolate mudslide martini ($19) came out 15 minutes later. It was really good, but we had been there 30 minutes at this point. A woman seated 15 minutes after us received her sliders before our dessert came out. That annoyed us. Our cookie skillet ($20) came out after another 15 minutes (45 minutes from our arrival time). It was very good, but the delay was very annoying. My impression: great vibe (a bit loud), great drinks and dessert. Ok waitstaff. Horrible wait time. Debating on going back or not to give it one last try. If you come here, be aware of the lengthy delay in service.

We had a bachelorette party here. We had underage girls with us so we thought this would be s great option. First of all, the entire place is so loud that you have to yell to be heard by the person sitting right next to you. Secondly, the prices are ridiculous! After tip, the tab for six of us was $450! While the food was good, it was just burgers and fries and some ice cream. It was an entertaining evening but I will never go back and those with me felt the same way.

We had a 6pm reservation and we ultimately waited a hour for our table. After we got to our table the music was SO loud that our waitress had to lean in over the table to hear what we wanted to order. We couldn’t have a conversation at the table without yelling at one another. The other people eating were yelling at each other at their tables too, so between the yelling and music it was too much! Don’t get me wrong, I love music and enjoy having a good time but it was deafening! On the bright side, our waitress was wonderful and the other staff that danced when the birthdays were celebrated were fantastic! The food was great and came out quickly!

My server Brii made my birthday a day to remember. All the staff was nice and friendly and i love the birthday celebrations that you guys do. I love Brii as she is an Aries as well. Please tell her thank you for an amazing birthday. I also want to wish her a Happy Early Birthday!!!

I loved Mollie, our server, and Robert, the manager. They made our dining experience that much more fun and accommodated our party. They worked with my dietary restrictions and more importantly, made the birthday girl feel extra special. Loved the ambience! Will be coming back.

Amazing family birthday brunch at the Sugar Factory! I must say I was a little skeptical with some of the reviews I had read but the Sugar Factory and our Server Mollie came through to make this a fantastic family day to remember! Kids loved their food and the adults were impressed with the absolutely delicious Eggs Benedict…perfectly cooked and all food served hot and cooked to perfection the first time. This was a totally fun experience and Server Mollie definitely had a large role with the exceptional service provided. Thanks for an amazing birthday celebration!!!
