Does Best Buy offer free shipping?
Sometimes, Best Buy runs free shipping offers on orders over a certain threshold. If you're a Best Buy member, however, you can do one better, with from free shipping on all orders with no minimum spend. Membership is free - you just need to sign up through the Best Buy website. If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, fees will be calculated on a per item basis and shown at the checkout.
What is My Best Buy?
The My Best Buy program is the brand's loyalty scheme. It's free to join and lets you get free shipping on all orders, plus earn reward points on all eligible purchases, as well as view your purchase history, product warranties and more. Members earn 1% back in rewards (0.5 points per $1 spent) on eligible purchases. You'll also be able to redeem every 250 points you accrue as a a $5 Best Buy coupon. There are also paid annual memberships, starting from $49.99 per year, which bring additional benefits such as access to exclusive members-only discounts on certain products & services (including Google One, Apple Music, SiriusXM Platinum & Apple TV+).
Is there a Best Buy sale?
Best Buy often runs sales throughout the year, especially around key retailing seasons such as New Year's, Christmas, Labor Day, 4th of July, Black Friday & Amazon Prime Day. You'll also see smaller, more product-focused sales throughout the year. We've seen as much as $300 off selected devices.
Can I get a Best Buy student discount?

Does Best Buy price match?
Yes, the Best Buy price match promise means that if you find a product that Best Buy sells cheaper elsewhere, they'll match the lower price. To qualify for the scheme, the product must be a matching brand, color and model number, and be currently available to buy from the other store. You can find out more on the price match guarantee page of their website.
What is the Best Buy return policy?
Under the Best Buy return policy, customers have 15 days from the day they make their purchase to return most items if they're unhappy with them. You'll only have 14 days to return activatable products such as cell phones on selected networks (so long as they haven't been activated). Best Buy TotalTech Members get up to 60 days, however.
How do I contact Best Buy customer service?

How to use Best Buy coupon codes
1. Choose one of our Best Buy coupon codes you'd like to use and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
2. Copy the coupon code for later, then head to the Best Buy site to start shopping.
3. Add the items you want to your shopping cart as you go.
4. When you're ready to buy, click on your shopping cart to head to the checkout.
5. Below the "Payment information" you'll find a field that says "Use a Best Buy Gift Card, Store Credit or Discount Code." Click on the text and the field will expand.
6. In this area, you can enter your Best Buy promo code. After you've finished, click "Apply".

To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
