This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

As a fully accessible arena, the Mercedes-Benz Arena offers wheelchair users and people with impaired mobility an ideal infrastructure to enjoy the events to their fullest extent.

Parking and Entrance
If you have a certificate of disability with the identification marker aG (exceptional impaired mobility), designated parking lots will be available for your accessibility. Please use parking deck "B" (access via Marianne-von-Rantzau-Straße). Please have your certificate of disability ready upon entering.
Wheelchair users enter the arena via the Premium entrance or the press entrance.
Seating and Toilets
130 superior seats have been allocated for wheelchair users and their companions on level 2, which are accessible by eight elevators. All levels contain toilet stalls designed for wheelchair use.
