I'm doing a history project on haunted places in San Francisco and a friend of mine who used to attend Balboa mentioned a Charlie guy who supposedly haunts the school. Does this ring a bell to anyone? Anyone have any intel or details about this? My friend only knows a few things, like him being on the JROTC in the 80s.

Is your project focused only on places in the city, or are you including some of the suburbs? I grew up in contra costa and it was commonly accepted that Mount Diablo High in concord was haunted af. Lol
