Pete Best family home with basement club where the Fabs even helped paint the walls when Mrs. Best opened a teen hangout in the family home. So many vintage photos show the boys playing here against the walls they helped paint. Even John Lennon's first wife Cynthia painted a silver outline of John on a wall. History. History. Like a time capsule from the past in a cool Victorian house just outside Liverpool. Do not miss visiting this place since after all, the Cavern Club is just a replica. THIS IS THE REAL THING.
Thank you tracymears1967 for your review,
We are delighted that you appreciate the real thing when you see it.
YOU GOT IT
We had an amazing tour here of the real place that The Beatles began. So much amazing history here. The ceilings that John, Paul and George painted are still here. See where John carved his name in the wall in 2 different places. Hear the wonderful story of the beginning of The Beatles. This was the best tour I had in Liverpool
Thank you Rhonda954,
Your review is greatly appreciated and we are honoured we were the best tour you had whilst in Liverpool.
YOU GOT IT
I'm a huge Beatlemaniac and it was only a matter of time and saving some money to have a proper Liverpool tour sometime after I moved to London. I've visited Casbah a couple of days ago and my oh my, wasn't it magical. being a tad careless (and not knowing when exactly will I manage to fit it into my Liddypool schedule) I just turned up there, not calling them and reserving a tour in advance, but they turned out to be ever so kind to give me a solo tour with an absolutely brilliant guide named Ken.
dear Beatle people - do yourselves a favour and drop a visit there. it may not be the closest to the city centre, but it's worth every mile and every penny. the tour is filled with amazing history, funny anecdotes and interesting facts you probably didn't know about (even you, die-hard Beatlemaniacs, trust me!), but most importantly - the place has an amazing "aura" about it. whilst lots of "must-see" Beatle places in Liverpool are unfortunate tourist baits, Casbah is the real deal. you can feel the energy of The Beatles' beginnings: humble, raw, and real.
what more can I say - "thanks, Mo"! ❤
Thank you Julia F,
We aim to please and will bend over backwards to make a Beatles fan welcomed at the Casbah Coffee Club, which offers so much insight and information that even a 'Beatlemaniac' will walk away saying "Oh my."
Keeping it real always.

The Casbah is a must see for any Beatles fan. The initial walk up to the property and the back yard is a bit unusual but the club itself is mind blowing. We went two years ago and many of the "props" have been removed for the new museum but its still a jaw dropping place to visit. Highly recommended.
Thank kevin H for your review, especially as it wasn't your first time visiting the Casbah Coffee Club - The Holy Grail of the Beatles trail.
YOU GET IT - YOU GOT IT
Coming Liverpool 20 years and living here since January this weekend was actually my first trip to the Casbah!
In its original state how it should be!
It was the best fest!so I actually got to meet Pete Best who signed my drum sticks as well Frieda Kelly!
Unfortunately as so busy I was unable to see the stage and was full of other fans enjoying them selfs so I NEED to go back to experience the tour!
But What I did see I was Impressed!!
If you are a Beatles fan and wanna see the real history come here!!!
Thank you Shanebartender for your review.
We are so happy you enjoyed Best Fest at the Casbah Coffee Club and you got to meet Pete Best and Freda Kelly (BONUS)

Went to the Casbah club as part of the Fab Four taxi tour. It was an incredible experience going to the place where it all began. Really the holy grail of Beatles sites. Truly authentic as it has been left virtually untouched for the past 60 years. The tour of the club itself was very informative and gave you a better appreciation of the Best family's importance to the Beatle's story. Not to be missed!
Thank you JCrenshaw for your review.
And you're right. If you are a Beatles fan, if you are a fan of popular music the Casbah Coffee Club should not be missed.
