Caramel Apple Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Just In Time Gourmet Caramel Apple Cheesecake Mix
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust
  • Caramel sauce

Directions

  • In a bowl, beat the cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy, and then gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
  • Spoon mixture into crust and, if desired, top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Chill at least 2 hours. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over pie.
