I want to thank Elena and Mario, the owners of the company for their great work and attitude, being very flexible and understanding and helpful!Bikes are new , in great condition , you can rent all necessary equipment also ( I rented a tracking bike with a helm and rack and bags, locker etc). I cycled about 400 km in Toscana with their bike and had no problems with it, just kept smiling as a signature on the frame says 🙂 very recommended , and there are many daytours to do from Pisa itself.

They saved my ride in Pisa, competent owners.
Needed to move to the city and I found on google SMILE & RIDE, less than 100 meters from the station I rent a very comfortable and performing city bike, at the reception I found a girl and on the return a boy, the owner , I assume the companion .. both very kind and capable … for a nice ride in the city with the bike I recommend this Rent Point more than the Bike Sharing of the municipality, for the next times in Pisa I will know who to trust!

Great service and incredible experience. The owner took the time to match a ride in Pisa/Tuscany to make it perfect for us! The gravel bikes were great! He also took the time to tell us about a little lake where we could stop and have lunch. This was incredible!!!!!!
