Just like any other city terminal, this terminal gets crowded during holidays. Where most of people from Batam that would like to go to Singapore or Malaysia are going out. Expect long lines in checking and customs.

And that line will be doubled in immigration when you arrive in Harbour Front, Singapore. Because passengers from Sekupang, Harbor Bay, and Batam Center Ferry Terminal are all arriving in Harbour Front.

It's better to choose late hours if you have extra time or reroute your trip, Nongsapura Terminal is less crowded during holidays, plus, you don't have to fall in line in immigration when you reach Singapore.

Has good layout, good choice of outlets, link bridge to megamall shopping centre. Everything runs smoothly, just watch out for people pushing in line at boarding time and ten to fifteen minutes before the ferry reaches the destination port, you will see most people stand and make a queue to get off the ferry??#@*(?!"'&-%+???????

Need more signage and better ventilation especially at imigration and boarding gates.During long weekend when it get really crowded ,pax does not know which line to queue.😕👎👎👎
