Hi

Welcome to Microsoft community.

Here are the steps to remove a Microsoft account from a Windows 10 computer:

  1. Open Settings: You can do this by clicking on the Start menu and selecting the gear icon, or by pressing the Windows key + I.

  2. Navigate to Accounts: In the Settings menu, click on "Accounts".

  3. Select the account: On the left side of the Accounts menu, click on "Family & other users". On the right side, you'll see a list of other users who have logged into your computer. Click on the Microsoft account that you want to remove.

  4. Remove the account: After selecting the account, you should see a "Remove" button. Click on this button to remove the account from your computer. You'll see a prompt asking if you're sure you want to delete the account and all its data from your computer. Click on "Delete account and data" to proceed.

Please note that this will permanently delete all data associated with that account on your computer, including files in the Documents, Pictures, and Music folders. Make sure you back up or transfer any important files before deleting the account.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
