A striker with scoring instinct, strength and agility arrives to Rayados!

In order to continue strengthening the squad and have the best team possible, Club de Futbol Monterrey announces the signing of Brandon Vazquez for the start of the Clausura 2024 season.

The Mexican-American forward, born in San Diego, California, and trained in the youth academy of Xolos de Tijuana, joins Monterrey on a permanent transfer and with a contract until December 2027.

His talent and determination took him to Major League Soccer (MLS) with Atlanta United, a team in which he debuted in 2017 and managed to win the MLS Cup and the US Open Cup.

In 2019, he arrived at FC Cincinnati, where he became the player who scored the most goals in a soccer year for the Ohio team.

In the 2022 season, he was the fourth highest scorer and was part of the MLS Best XI, listed with the Ideal Eleven of the American league.

With FC Cincinnati he won the Supporters' Shield championship in 2023, a trophy awarded to the team with the best performance in the MLS regular season.

Thanks to his good performances, he was called up for the MLS All-Star, a match that gathers the most outstanding players of the American league.

With the U.S. National Team, Brandon played in the CONCACAF U-17 Championship Honduras 2015, as well as the U-17 World Cup Chile 2015.

In 2023, Brandon was called up to the U.S. Senior National Team, with which he reached the Gold Cup Semifinal and became the third best scorer of the international tournament.

Now, the striker arrives at Rayados to reinforce the Albiazul attack and help the team achieve its maximum objectives for the season.
