Do you have Internet access enabled in the MakeMKV settings? This is crucial for 4K discs, as it allows the program to retrieve hash keys used to decrypt them.
Do you mean this setting? This was enabled. https://imgur.com/a/CdzNfRv
You will need to send the file listed in the report (C:\Users\gg/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v76_Pirates_of_the_Caribbean-_The_Curse_of_the_Black_Pearl_D0A3.tgz) to svq@makemkv.com
I don't think that is likely to be a new disc though, so it is more likely that MakeMKV is failing to download the keys. Some providers block the site that it is downloaded from.
I've come across different pressings of discs long after initial release a couple of times. I report them and about a week later they work. There are also different releases of discs in different regions.
I have seen a couple of times where the drive has issues reading the hash table or AACS that also produces this message, but there is always information in the log showing it was having issues reading the disc. I don't see that here.
OP is on the latest version of the application and already posted they have Internet access enabled on the app.
There could be an outside chance that this is a non-encrypted disc with an AACS folder like the UK The Wicker Man release, but I'm assuming this is a retail disc and I've only seen that issue with the one disc.
All of these things led me to my conclusion. It's a long shot that this disc hasn't been seen before, but I think this is the most likely reason for the error based on the information I have.
I did a nslookup for
hkdata.crabdance.com
hkdata.fairuse.org
both give me the result: *** UnKnown can't find hkdata.fairuse.org: Non-existent domain
I tested from my pc and a friend also tested with same error.
I have disabled my adblockers and also tried using dns 8.8.8.8, same result. It seems that domain isn't working anymore. I use Portmaster (https://safing.io/) and the MakeMKV app doesn't seem to make any connections (at least not under the program name. My friend doesn't use any special programs. We both have Bitwarden, I see no logs in Bitwarden that it's blocked there neither. Do you get a different nslookup result? Maybe the servers are down atm.
I know that hkdata.fairuse.org isn't being used any longer according to this post - https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=24711
I feel like they might be trying to keep the host name secret to make sure it doesn't get taken down. If you read through the post, it goes over troubleshooting steps. Are you seeing the "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed." in your logs? If not, it should be working.
You can also download the keydb.cfg file here: http://fvonline-db.bplaced.net/
You can put it into the same directory where it dropped your TGZ file from the log - C:\Users\gg/.MakeMKV. You will need to restart MakeMKV for sure.
On a side note, I know I was able to download a new version of the keys file within the last 2 days. I reported a disc on Sunday that was a new release with no key available. I was able to rip it yesterday.
EDIT: You may also want to enable Debug logging to get more information. Make sure you disable it when you are done. Also, the site I sent you to downloads a zip file. You need to get the keydb.cfg out of it and place it into that directory.

You could try connecting with a VPN if MakeMKV isn’t able to connect to the hash table server.
That’s what fixed it for me.
Might need to use a vpn
