I doubt any harm would come of ingesting a small amount of lead in this form. In The UK and I expect many other countries house water pipes were lead, all the water you drank would first pass through all this lead pipe.
the lead pipe was replaced with copper pipes but a lot of houses still have a short piece of lead pipe where the water mains enters into the property before the main stop%^&* which is hard to replace.
