Okinawa for 3 nights which island to stay

Hello, We will be in okinawa mid of June and we are a family of 3. There are so many islands and we are totally confused where to stay? We want clear waters where we can swim which are shallow in front of the hotel...We are currently booked in haluknani okinawa but are either considering ishigaki or Miyako-jima. Please guide.
