Address
Neighborhood: Hongdae
Carefree enthusiasm is everywhere in this energetic neighborhood centered on Hongik University, Korea’s top art school. From its assortment of murals to the occasional amateur street performances, creativity and expression make up the wild and beating heart of vibrant Hongdae. At the Free and Hope Market (weekends at the Hongdae Children’s Playground) you'll find one of Seoul’s most popular handmade and creative markets drawing consistent crowds. At Hongdae, there’s never a shortage of things to do and see; food and drink options are nearly endless as are shops and noraebang (karaoke) rooms. Hongdae is also one of Seoul’s top party and club scenes catering to a younger demographic; if a packed club isn’t your scene, you'll also find a range of music venues and bars offering live music in all genres. Although Hongdae has lost much of its unique appeal and undergone rapid commercialization in recent years, be sure to explore Hongdae’s edges in areas such as Sangsu-dong and Yeonnam-dong where Hongdae’s fiercely independent streak still runs freely.

This was so much fun and a great laugh! A must do along with the Trickeye Museum. It was fun to see such a crazy place in what is a pretty conservative city. Don’t be shy, go and have a laugh it’s well worth it for the hilarious photos you’ll get!

This museum was hilarious. I couldn't believe that there would be a sex museum in Korea as conservative as Korea represents itself to be.

Husband and I decided on a whim to visit this place and had a few giggles. Best to take someone with you so you can take images if you wish. Its like trick eye museum but based around sex.

Definitely not suitable for kids as people mentioned if thats not already obvious, you can see a pair of breasts from the stairs going up so shield your babies eyes! Lol.

I was a bit disturbed about seeing children in the artwork eg- a kid at the top of the stairs staring at a naked blonde woman, and other kids who are featured in some illusions. Overall, nice place to take your partner.

Visiting this exhibition was mostly hilarious because I went with a friend who got flustered ; we get why it's not allowed for minors. It was funny to be able to pose with some statues or to place our head to "be" the statue, but something interesting to me was the few ancient erotic paintings.

Despite all the rave reviews and the pleasure that I gained out of visiting this place I still find the admissions a bit on the expensive side. There is indeed a lot of creativity at this place and people, in particular couples, tend to have a nice time there.

I was never in Love museum before, but I've heard that they are in Korea, and when I went to TrickEye museum, Love museum was also there so I went there. It was really amazing and nice, very cool experience, and made a lot of nice pictures. Even though museum is not that big, you definitely gonna like it!
