Student Fight Puts East Brunswick High School On Lockdown

No injuries were reported and no arrests were made, police said.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — East Brunswick High School was put on lockdown Wednesday morning after a fight broke out between multiple students, police said.

Around 9:30 a.m. police received a call about a fight involving multiple students.

When police arrived at the high school, the fight dispersed in multiple directions throughout the school, Lt. Jason Fama told Patch.

The school had to be placed on lockdown to bring the situation under control, Fama said. No injuries were reported and no arrests were made.

The reason for the fights has not been revealed.

School authorities are currently investigating the matter.
