AAA reports the statewide average today for a gallon of regular at $3.82 -- it was previously $3.73.
The national average is at $3.84, up from $3.54 a month ago.
Supplies have been cut by OPEC, sending crude oil prices higher. And recent heat waves across the country have limited domestic oil refinery capacity.
