My wife and I wanted to take a quick trip to south lake Tahoe to visit some friends for a night and called the days inn and was treated with the most friendliest person in a long time. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my guests on such short notice. They even went out of their way to turn up the heat on the jaquzzi because my back was hurting from driving so long. The rooms were very nice and the price was excellent. They even accomidated me with a refrigerator so I could store my wifes Insulin. We will definitely be going back there for more awesome service!!!!

The management here were quite pleasant and friendly, but the rooms were run down, the towels had holes in them, etc. But the price reflected the condition, I guess, for it was very reasonably priced... It could do with a major renovation.

the people are very friendly and are willing to help you any way u can. the room was clean and was a nice size and moderately priced. if u have important business to do online the internet there is not reliable. but other than the internet my stay was fantastic

Will not stay here again. Shower head was backwards (hot water was cold and vice versa), restroom window was broken, not the cleanest and the breakfast was very poor and without room to sit.

Hi Y P, We like that you took the time to write us a guest review. Sorry to know that our hotel room was not satisfactory to you. If you had mentioned this at the time of stay we would have gladly switched you and your wife to a new room. But since that window of opportunity has already passed us we truly apologize for the inconvenience you had to face. We took a look at the room and found out that the restroom window was not broken. We checked the shower head, and it was as it is supposed to be, and not backwards. It is the gauge, which is supposed to be set up that way, with accordance with the ADA access laws to comply with for a disability access room it is a ADA room which is available as an ease of physically disabled guests who need ADA access room. That room is one of the ADA certified disability access rooms. You had selected that specific room through a third party reservation web site and this room was auto selected for you by you or your third party vendor and we did not change that when you checked in as it was your choice of stay. Again we regret it that you did not provide us an opportunity to change the situations mentioned while you were at our hotel. We will be willing to serve you again with our improvements when you travel to the South Lake Tahoe again, since we take pride in being a hotel with standards that guests from all over the world indulge and are happy with. I came in to town to go skiing and attend a upcoming concert. I had a budget for this trip so I was lucky to find this gem. This place was affordable and comfortable. When I walked in I was greeted by a young woman, she was warm and friendly. She gave me a bunch of coupons for the area, which I put to good use.The only downfall was my room was really cold when I walked in but after I left the heater on for 10 mins. or so it was all better :) my room had all the essentials I needed to survive. They have free wifi and all the channels a girl can wish for. The location was the best. I was able to walk to the lake in minutes, and were a lot of restaurants in the area. I expected better for a 2 star place. The place is very old. Found hair on the sheets and carpet was filthy. Had to small kids and were afraid they would touch the carpets. The room was so cold and they did not even have extra blankets. We had to changes rooms but they're all run down. However they were nice enough to let us cancel the 2nd night.

Dear Mr. Rick Ho, We appreciate that you took time away from your schedule to write us a review. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the first room you were assigned. We are going to make sure that the housekeeping department will advised to double check the sheets and we will ask the maintenance personnel to deep clean the carpets. We provide extra blankets upon request. The heater is located just below the windows and by closing the vent, turning on the heater red button further to the right and choosing the number 10 highest heat setting the room can be made warm and comfortable. There is also the central heating system which can be adjusted from the wall setting. When the room was changed we remember you stating that you found everything satisfactory when the courtesy call was placed. This is a very good property. Quite and clean, run by a very nice family-oriented management team. I am a local Pastor and speak at many conferences, conventions and seminars. I stay at this local hotel to read, write, study and perform research for the abovementioned engagements on a monthly basis. A friendly, professional staff operates this property.

We stopped for an overnight stay as it was the first place we came across. The front desk was friendly & helpful & provided an average breakfast. The rooms were a bit tired & in need of refurbishment however it was cheap.

Si viene en coche desde san francisco hasta el lago Tahoe aproximado es de 190 millas millas. se requieren cadenas y las carreteras pueden ser resbaladizas.
