It’s NMS but I don’t hate it, although it does feel a little harsh/clunky with my accent. The main off putting thing for me is that Martaline is a variant of [name_f]Martha[/name_f] which is often linked to the word ‘mistress’.
It’s kinda cute, I like it! 
It reminds me of [name_f]Marceline[/name_f] and it’s a lovely option for those who really like Marta/ [name_f]Martha[/name_f], but prefer longer names (me 
). 
Martaline is interesting - kind of reminds me of the clunky-elegance of [name_f]Ottoline[/name_f] and [name_f]Gwendoline[/name_f]

Gives me slightly pharmaceutical brand / medicine, I love -ine names but would go [name_f]Marceline[/name_f] over this.

I like it! It’s up my alley in terms of sounds I prefer in names, and it feels familiar despite being so unique.
