Things may always go wrong...You need an experienced lawyer
My appear to be a simple real estate transaction turned out to be a disaster with zoning issues, certificates, property pin numbers and difficult sellers. I was lucky enough to work with an experienced lawyer. Jacob went above and beyond more than once during this transaction. Jacob also made himself available when I asked him question about other real estate related matters, and again he was helpful. He never gave vague answers trying to pull me into a consultation session and charge. I truly felt he was helping and fighting for what was good for me. Highly recommended.

In Good Hands
We recently had a ling distance real estate transaction and were dependent upon Jacob to help us through the process, and some ownership issues -- Jacob was excellent to work with and very helpful in getting every question answered, all negotiations resolved, and when we finally met at settlement, it was like meeting an old friend. We highly recommend using Jacob's services, and know we will come back again for any future needs!

Friendly and Reliable
We were first time home buyers and Jacob was very helpful in guiding us through the process all the way to the end. He was available when we needed him and took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. There was no question he was there to advocate for us and our best interest. We highly recommend Jacob as a real estate lawyer.
