I genuinely enjoyed my time at ICASI! Chef Tim is by far the best teacher. I did the pastry diploma 2 year program and overall it was great! I learned a lot of things old and new. I did think some of the curriculum was out dated, but I definitely see they are updating that.
The best parts about attending ICASI, besides the amazing education experience, were the connections that were created and furthered with other successful culinary professionals. There is a variety of instructors that bring an invaluable wealth of knowledge of the industry to the institution, and at the same timeāmake it feel like a family. I know that I will always have a place to turn for guidance and encouragement within the walls of ICASI.
I graduated from the culinary arts certificate program and felt the program was well done. I learned so many things and ate so many different dishes, I would never have tried. Great Program Chef Loretta.
