I have to say that rhis Time the overall food quality was very poor I took some colleges from out of the town to impress them with the food but was the opposite. Fillet Mignon was out of stock All food cooking temp out of range for example: People asked medium rare and they bring medium well or Medium and they bring medium well This time i was very disappointed, i have celebrated Moms day, birthday days but I never had very bad time like this Very disappointed

We went here for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately the sparkler on the birthday dessert was the only part that went well. Many menu items were unavailable, and instead of being up front about it our server just waited until we tried to order something to tell us that they did not have it. This was true for both food and wine. Host stand was also very disorganized - they tried to seat part of our party at a different table despite being told the reservation name. Later they sat a family with two small children right next to our table of older adults (many tables still available that would have given some buffer) and then proceeded to do nothing as the family played loud videos on a tablet a foot away from us. Finally it was unfortunate that our food was not to expected standard. The ribeye steaks were not prime cuts as indicated and were further undercooked for one (very rare when medium rare was ordered) or overcooked for another (well done when medium plus was ordered. I really wanted to like this new location, but we will not be returning.

They did not acknowledge our reservation, the manager simply said theres no reservation for you and proceeded to let everyone else in front and behind us go in and made us wait.

Excellent first experience. Made reservations and seated promptly. Great menu selection and prices. Opted for the caprese salad and green chile cream soup - both were excellent. Soup served with a hot shallow bowl, homemade thin croutons, then soup is poured into bowl. Caprese was also served uniquely - loved the pesto! Entrees were the filet and the burger. Service was wonderful, but sat for awhile waiting for check. Restaurant was also chilly, as we sat by an emergency exit that people were using. Overall excellent and will return.

We had an absolutely wonderful time from the entrance, to our meal and even when we left. I will definitely visit again and recommend to my family and friends.

Good service under the circumstances, cold food. Sadly our visit was disappointing. The first problem was there were only 2 wait staff attending to the entire restaurant. But they did a good job under the circumstances. Not their fault there weren’t enough staff. Dance/club music was uncomfortably loud making conversation challenging. Another issue was that the restaurant seemed to be out of half the items on the menu, from appetizers to main dishes to the drinks. It was kind of sad to give our order to the waiter only to have them reply “sorry we are all out of that” or “sorry we are no longer offering that item”, and “unfortunately we are also out of that tonight”. Food arrived at our table room-temperature to lukewarm. Very disappointing to get lukewarm soup on a cold evening. Steaks were the biggest disappointment. Awful. They were the thinnest 10 & 14 oz rib eye steaks I’ve ever seen and were served room temperature. Clearly over cooked, tough and dried out. Hamburgers were slightly better but still only lukewarm. They must have been hot at one time before arriving at the table because the cheese had melted. But by the time they made it to the table they were room temperature. I kept thinking how delicious the steak fries would have been if only they had been served hot from the kitchen. The final stinger comes with the bill - service charge for using a credit card. We realize restaurants are perfectly within their rights to charge additional service fees but after such a disappointing experience it felt like a final stinger as we completed the evening. We had previously dined here several weeks ago and everything was very good. But this experience really disappointed. Hope things improve soon. Could be really great if management can get things on track.

The hostess did not acknowledge that I did have a reservation. This was 6:15 6:30 on Monday night. The music was so loud that it felt like dance place at 6:30 on Monday
