Discounts are not available on individual customer orders.

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments must be made via VISA or Master Card only.

PAYMENTS

All funds received shall be accepted and/or deposited without prejudice.

All bank payments (wire, ACH, etc.) will be applied only after they have fully cleared in our bank (please allow at least 24 hours from when you send payment) and another 24 hours once payment has been settled by our bank, i.e. minimum two days. Payment will only be processed if we have received an email notice from you (the vendor) advising us that payment was made and on how to apply the monies by identifying the invoice numbers that are being settled by the payment. Do not wait until the last two days prior to due date if you are expecting credit to be applied.

SHIPPING

Individual customers are responsible for choosing the shipping method and assume all responsibility for merchandise once it leaves the warehouse. Please note that all customers located outside the U.S. and Canada must have a valid working shipping account with FedEx, UPS or DHL to place an order with us. We cannot assist in the creation of a shipping account and make no warranty or representation on behalf of any shipping company.

SERVICE FEE

A service fee of 1.5% up to a maximum charge of $50.00 will be charged per order, and is included in shipping & handling.

RETURNS

International Music Co. offers a 30 day return policy from date of purchase for credit when returns are accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Conditions apply. The individual customer is responsible for shipping charges unless the product was shipped in error. A restocking fee of up to 35% of the retail price will apply to returns.

All returns must be sent via a secure and economical method to: International Music Co., c/o Vicks Lithograph and Printing Corporation, 5166 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495. The individual customer will bear the freight costs for any returns sent erroneously to the International Music Co. Manhattan, NY offices instead of to Vicks Lithograph and Printing Corporation.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Individual customers should not sign for damaged merchandise and advise International Music Co. immediately via e-mail referencing the invoice number of order and must also include a photo of the damage including a photo of the damaged packaging, if applicable. The packaging should be retained until the matter is resolved. For a defective item a credit authorization must be requested via e-mail.

AN ASTERISK (*) APPEARING AFTER THE TITLE OF A COMPOSITION IN THE .PDF CATALOGUE INDICATES THE COMPOSITION MAY NOT BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN EVERY COUNTRY AROUND THE WORLD, AND THEREFORE MAY ONLY BE DISTRIBUTED IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS LOCATED. PRIOR TO YOUR EXPORTING OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTING COPIES OF THESE COMPOSITIONS OUTSIDE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS, INQUIRY SHOULD BE MADE OF YOUR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE TO DETERMINE THE COPYRIGHT STATUS OF THE COMPOSITION. IMC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE COPYRIGHT STATUS OF ANY COMPOSITION OUTSIDE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS.

(“The Company”) and protected under terms of United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The Company does not expressly or impliedly represent or warrant that the site’s functions or contents will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects or errors will be promptly corrected, that the site or the server that supports it is free of viruses or other potentially damaging or harmful items, or that the information on the site is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading. You acknowledge that the use of the site is at your own risk. BREACHES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Without prejudice to our other rights under these Terms of Use, if you breach these Terms of Use in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the site, prohibiting you from accessing the site, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the site, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the site and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

VARIATION

We may revise these Terms of Use from time-to-time. Revised Terms of Use will apply to the use of this site from the date of the publication of the revised Terms of Use on this site. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

ASSIGNMENT

We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use without notifying you or obtaining your consent.

SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this site, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this site.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be construed and enforced in accordance with New York State law. Any action to enforce these Terms of Use shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in New York City.

International Music Company (“IMC”) operates www.internationalmusicco.com (the"Site"). This notice informs you of IMC’s policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We require some basic information only for creating an account if you are a dealer, for fulfilling an order if you are an individual customer or product offers. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this notice.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name (if applicable), mailing or shipping address, e-mail address and credit card information ("Personal Information"). To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We may use your Personal Information to contact you with any questions regarding the fulfillment of your order, to send you an invoice and monthly statement, if applicable, or product offers.
