What happened…

The fact that we are paying $50 a month and when I finally decide to purchase something, my size is not available in 95% of the items. The accessories and clothing are nothing like they used to be when I first started using this site. The products don’t look good to me anymore.

First

First, there are never any cute shoes in my size (10 to 11) Second, if the shoe is $14 when you put it in the cart why does it just to $29 when you go to check out?
This site needs better selections, more inventory is larger sizes and better explanation of pricing.

Shoe dazzle has changed for the worse

I’ve been a member for many years and Shoedazzle doesn’t have cute shoes and clothes any more. I will be canceling my subscription after I use my credits.

"Stuck in Limbo: My Long Wait for a $279.65 ShoeDazzle Refund Since 2020"

I have been waiting since 2020 to received my refund. It seems that its taken so long that the card I used is no longer valid and I'm waiting on them to issue the refund. I actually spoke to there chat representative and she gave me the amount owed and the date filed. [$279.65] VIP credits and it was filed last 3/19/20 8:00 AM

I do not see a way to respond to your message below, however we already have an open case and dialogue through the BBB. I have already uploaded the entire transcript of the online chat response stating this was owed to me. I'm just waiting on the check to be issued. Thanks

I freaking love this company

I think whomever software engineer that helped develop this site is fantastic! The site /concept of business itself is what the modern woman needs. I’ve been a customer since 2012 and I haven’t regretted not one purchase. I can say from the bottom of my heart thank you for making these lovely shoes available to me <3

Your sales prices are absolutely to die for some days a year.…

I spent all day shopping to spend my meager amount of money to walk away with NINE pairs of boots/gladiator sandals!!!! I dont want to give the whole WORLD my secrets but I encourage a few to BUY BUY BUY on these special days, and this year i let my whole friends list learn this secret and i spelled out the math. The math is so advantagous i wonder if anyone called me a liar LOL! I got to shop all day BECAUSE of this sale and how important it was to me. Best day ever.

My experience was really good because I…

My experience was really good because I Had order something like 6 months ago and Just realized that I never received it. So I contact ShoeDazzle to let them know and they give me store credit for the items I did not received and I'm so thankful for that. There were some stuff I needed to do but not much and I'm grateful for that.

eh .. its been better previously

I generally like the site and shopping options. However, I thoroughly dislike applying my VIP credits to specific items rather than simply deducting the amount from my total purchase. This change literally ruined the overall shopping experience. I'm just trying to get rid of my points& credits to close my account at this point.
