Center for Student Empowerment and Leadership at Damascus University concluded a set of training workshops related to general skills organized by the center with the aim of enhancing students’ entry opportunities into the labor market and helping him obtain the appropriate job, in cooperation with some institutions and companies that support the qualification of young people.
An exhibition was opened at the National Center for Visual Arts in Damascus by visual artist Fouad Dahdouh, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Damascus University, in the presence of President of the University, Professor Muhammad Osama Al-Jabban, and a number of deans of faculties and their deputies at the university.
55 students, instructors, representatives of both the Teachers Syndicate and the Engineers Syndicate, and the Scientific Coordinator of “Levantine Phoenician Pathways” went on a 3-day trip to historical sites in Syria. The trip covered Arwad Island, Amrit, Tartus Museum, and Solomon’s Fort.
Background: Social media has been widely utilized to spread health-related information, which has led to the possibility of spreading medical misinformation. The extent of the issue is unknown, even though policymakers, researchers, and medical professionals agree that health misinformation must be controlled and combated.
