Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Complete EVE’s Challenge Quest

EVE’s Challenge is a sub-quest within the A Cockamamie Contest quest for Oswald that players must complete to progress ahead in the A Cockamamie Contest quest. This sub-quest acts as a challenge set by EVE and requires players to complete it. This guide will walk you through how to complete EVE’s Challenge Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Complete EVE’s Challenge Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Starting the Quest

This quest becomes available once players have progressed enough in the A Cockamamie Contest quest to check in with Oswald after bringing him spicy food and taking out the fire in his house. As players speak to Oswald in his house, he will tell you that he would like to compete with you in a series of challenges set by the villagers. One of the challenges will be from EVE, so go to her and speak with her to initiate EVE’s Challenge.

Gather Gems for EVE

Upon speaking to EVE, she will ask you to gather the following gems for her.

• 5x Evergem – Obtained by mining the nodes in The Ruins area of the Ancient’s Landing biome.
• 5x Bumblestone – Obtained by mining the nodes in The Borderlands area of the Glittering Dunes biome.
• 5x Spinel – Obtained by mining the nodes in The Grove and The Promenade areas of the Wild Tangle biome.

Gathering these gems can take some time depending on how often you get the gems by mining the nodes. However, if you have some saved-up gems in storage, you can also put them in your inventory to complete this objective.

Speak to Oswald

After gathering all of the gems, go and speak with Oswald to see what kind of gems he gathered. It seems like Oswald has gathered Coal instead of the gems.

Completing the Quest

After speaking to Oswald, go to EVE and hand over the gems to her. Go through the dialogues to be declared as the winner of EVE’s Challenge and the quest will be concluded.

Rewards

Completing EVE’s Challenge will give 1,000 Friendship Points as a reward.
