It falters when it comes to action, especially during a climax that takes place in the middle of a storm, and where the violence becomes murky and hard to enjoy. “The Equalizer 2” never reaches the same level as its predecessor. Full review in Spanish.

Nhami, que delicinha um filme de ação de qualidade. Ainda por cima, com ninguém menos que Denzel Washington. Acabei vendo esse filme sem querer, quando apareci de supetão logo no início quando todos estavam assistindo na sala, mas, que bom que fiquei. Vi a carinha do ator principal e isso fora suficiente. Muito gostosas as cenas de ação e a história. Ansiamos para a cem de luta final para ver o Pedro Pascal levando porrada. Bom demais. Filme nem um pouco marcante, mas bom demais.

Bizarrely, this doesn't seem to have been as popular as the first. It is a great link to the characters, and acts as a backstory-building tool. The action and development of the story are as good as the first movie, if not more interesting as it is all more personal
