    after doing a wipe on a bb q10 because of the www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 it is now stuck on black screen and blinking red light. can anyone help me fix this

    sounds like a soft brick. You need to download an OS, cable to your PC and reload the OS.

    i have the same issue. Black screen and phone working, can view the whole screen through HDMI cable... Do you guys think it's still a software problem? Does anybody have any solution with this? Seems like many people facing the same problem.

    My Q5 just did the same thing too. I tried to reinstall the OS with an apploader but it won't work

    It sounds to me that your device's screen is gone. Replacement of the screen will probably solve the problem.

    This is what I would try too. I soft bricked mine one time trying to use an autoloader and a factory reset through hard connection to Link brought it back to life.
