Implied by its name, ON & OFF creates different atmosphere during day and night. Bright and lively through the morning and daytime with plenty of natural light coming in through its garage doors accompanied by the beautiful rooftop patio, contrasted with relaxed and romantic mood with dimmed lights and jazz music playing at night.

      Food was very good, we had the strawberry pancakes and eggs benny, portions were generous. Staff could be friendlier especially host, stood there for a few minutes without acknowledgment.

      We order Sable fish and it taste good, but lacking veggie as a decorative on the side to enhance the appeal of the entree. Menu don’t have soup or salad and lacking variety . Would be nice if they offer buns before the entree.

      The food was good but the tables were crowded together so we were jammed between 2 other groups. Definitely not an intimate setting. Our server messed up our order ( we had to remind him about the second entree and one of our meals was incorrect) and he ignored our table on multiple occasions. Again, the food was good so the ambiance and service were disappointing.

      The service was polite but not detailed and supportive as expected for the pricing of the menu. Many service details were missed. The risotto was 9/10 for flavor, sablefish - fish was good but the accompaniments were not good, and not good value at 46$. Drinks were great although took about 20 minutes at times to arrive after ordering. Potatoes were delicious. Pasta was great. Hope they can work on service as it's a beautiful space and they are very polite but need to work on the details and organization.

      Avo Benny. A cold watery mush of Benny on plate. Eggs not cooked to requested degree ie medium. Fried chicken benny, odd taste to chicken. Could not finish. Tea just warm. Disappointed. The menu way too eggy.

      It was our first time here and I should say it was a great experience for us. We had brunch and had the truffle omelette, the chicken and the Lavender latte. We love the food. Every bite is tasty. The Lavender latte was also nice only that it is not warm enough. The servers were accommodating and were pleasant. The ambience is relaxing. The place is clean. We would love to come back. Thank you!
