The Rag Trade was a sitcom about the factory workers of the fictional clothing firm Fenner Fashions. The show covered the relationship between workers lead by union leader Paddy and management, Mr Fenner.
The show was made initially by the BBC for the first three series, with the first series and most of the second remaining in their archives (most of series 3 is lost). A colour pilot was made in 1975 and never transmitted.
LWT took the show and made the final two series for ITV.
