Buds consistency, they have what I want, usually the best price I can find online, immediately get email confirmation, 1or 2 days later shipping email, 2 more days and it’s delivered. Have made 8 orders this past year, ammo, rifles and accessories and it’s the same every time, l like that.

well, The wide selection was nice and prices competitive. The wish list provides a place to put all the products you deciding on to keep track. Now basic info on the products is every where, that's where Buds questions and forum from fellow firearm owners come in. you get first hand knowledge & input from fellow shooters on pros & cons to help narrow that decision down. I had several questions answered on different products. That was the bonus for me. - TW

1 - Purchased a firearm in Oct 2019 - along with extended warranty.
2 - Failure occurred during normal use, the firearm broke
3 - Warranty claim initiated to repair or replace.
4 - Budsgunshop Warranty Department received firearm in Feb 2023
5 - Firearm has yet to be repaired or replaced as of 18 May 2024

Prices on just about everything is excellent, sometimes MUCH cheaper than others. Selection is phenomenal. Ease of ordering paired with fast shipping, all while loafing about on the couch. I never shop anywhere else.

They took my money, then the next day they canceled the order. Now I must try to get my money back. It is risky doing online orders with Buds gun shop. I will never do this again.

I'd placed a request to be notified with my desired ammo came in stock six months ago. Bud's Gun Shop sent me a notification when they received stock. I received the notification at 9am via email, placed the order at noon and was notified that the order was received, the product was in stock, and shipment would occur shortly.

I'm an older fella, and I am not a computer / tech guy. I would MUCH rather talk to a human than go through multiple steps on a cold document. I have bought a few things from Bud's Gun Shop, and I like your web site, but PLEASAE make available a person to take a phone call when a customer has questions or needs a little extra help.

I ordered a TriStar 16 ga. SA shotgun from Buds after reading there add that stated the gun was a Viper G2 16 ga. with 28 in. BBL and 3 in. chamber . It was described that way in three different places in the add including the specification page. When I received the gun it was not a viper G 2 model and did not have a 3 in. chamber. I contacted buds and told them the only reason I ordered the gun was because they stated it had a 3 in. chamber. I also told them it was false advertising . They told me I would be allowed to return the gun but it was used now and would cost me $25. shipping and they would give me a store credit for a lesser dollar amount than I paid because it was now a used gun. Never fired but used because it was 4473 to me. I will never buy from Bud's again .

It was easy to navigate the online store for the items I was looking for. I was shopping for a Zastava AK and a folding Zhukov butt stock for it. I compared pricing and shipping at many websites. Bud’s had the absolute lowest prices on these items. I ordered them and received them quickly. I am super impressed with Bud’s and highly recommend this store. I’m a vet and current LE.
