Regarding Black Swan builds

I have seen a lot of people asking for builds so here's my quick run down guide for her

4piece Prisoner in deep confinement will be her bis, BS can easily and quite fast get the four piece effect up and going and 18% defense ignore on top of the 20% she gets in her ultimate is the perfect synergy for her

For Planaer Ornaments Commercial Enterprise will be her top pick because of the 10% ehr bonus stat and as well because of the attack increase from her ehr, you can also go for glamoth because of the universal damage bonus

For the main stats Speed, Ehr, Wind, Energy rope You want Speed to help her reach 135-140 speed so she can go twice in a cycle The reason why you want a ehr chest piece instead of attack is because of her trace that can boost her damage dealt based on 60% of her ehr which can help with LC and a body piece, you could go for attack to increase the dot damage. But her ideal role is as a support to keep her ultimate uptime so a err rope would be better as well

Substats Speed>Attack>Break Effect>Effect Hit Rate

If you're asking why shouldn't ehr be the main priority? Mainly because a ehr main stats relic piece gives 43% while a Lightcone gives 40% and her traces gives 10% ehr adding them up together you get 93% total ehr. And if you're using enterprise another 10% capping to 103% total ehr making the substat requirement be more easier to manage

Now for Lightcones Obviously her signature will be her BIS In the name of the world could be her second bis if you manage to get her ehr requirement through substats which can be dificult. Anyways, it gives a damage bonus towards debuffed enemies I don't know if the damage bonus also applies to ultimate so correct me there. But when the user uses their skill the ehr of this attack increases by 18% and gives a attack bonus by 24%

We're not gonna talk about Incessant Rain mainly because it's pretty useless on her

Kafka's signature might be good if you have it but I believe it falls behind Welt's signature

Solitary Healing As long as you can break enemies with Black Swan it could be a decent option for her since wind break is pretty strong

The two best four star light cones will be Eyes of the prey at S5 and Before the tutorial mission begins alsl at S5

Prey gives 40% ehr at S5 and gives Dot damage by a additional 42%

Tutorial will be her BIS as a supportive role Because it also gives 40% ehr and a additional 8 energy when enemies have their def reduced if you use this as well with a energy rope you could have possibly a 3 turn rotation to get her ult up consistently

Outside of them S5 Resolution will be decent on her because of the 16% defense debuff maxed out and her skill has a 20.8% defense debuff at talent level 10% so this has potential for her but it will be harder to ger her ehr requirements

Teams Although her kit is centered around being a support for Kafka dot teams she can be played outside of it most notable in a team with Dr Ratio If you don't know Dr Ratio's damage is centered around his follow ups based on the amount of debuffs the enemies have each having 20% increase along with a 40% base chance. BW could have good potential with Ratio considering the fact she already applies debuffs with Scarament and a defense debuff with her skill and if you use S5 Resolution it already caps out and as wel Ratio as a 100% base chance to reduce the enemies effect ress by 10% on skill making it easier for her to land her debuffs You can use BW outside of those teams because of her defense debuff on skill and since it last for three turns she can be a SP positive character
