it has been 1.5 years now and I am still waiting for a refund for a flight that was cancelled in June of 2022. I have spent so many hours on the phone to their customer support team over this period of time and they just keep telling me that i should get it any day now which doesn't happen.

The worst agent ever!

Airline cancelled our flight. Flight network hasn't done anything to find a different one even though I inform them 3 months before the date of flight. Now they don't want to refund money for this flight. Completely unhelpful!

Frustrating, slow, unhelpful

NEVER BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK. Slow, unhelpful and incredibly frustrating.

I had 2 things I needed to change with my flights:
1. name on ticket
2. reschedule the return date

You're unable to make changes on the website so you have to wait for hours on the phone to speak to someone. The person you speak to can never help you straight away - it's almost a triage service because they always refer you to another team who has to call you back. You're stuck waiting for DAYS. Then there's extra fees for changes - which would be free if you go through the airline directly. The service is ridiculous given how much you pay for the tickets. Show details

Never EVER book with flight network

No cancellations, no refunds - we stupidly booked two prem-ec return tickets with them and it looks like they will pocket our money after my father was in a serious car accident and not expected to survive.

Avoid Flight network. [Content Removed] who do not refund owed money and do not investigate concerns about no refunds. Staff from around who receive a commission so will do what ever they can to get your flight. Dishonest and [Content Removed].

Emails asking for our credit card numbers since perusing the refunds of three flights that we are owed. Privacy concern. Have reported to Cyber Security. Definitely not a genuine refund as checked flight centre has our account details. BEWARE. [Content Removed] No Privacy respected Show details

Never book with them again

I used flight network for first time & my experience w you was quite disappointed.
Flight network had an offer on their website saying if I make credit/debit card payments, i would get $46.50 less on the transaction for $2231.86, I did make a purchase But discount didn’t happen. Attached the promotion below.
When contacted flight network via chat agent keep pushing blaming on bank & I was told to contacted my bank by your agent since it’s their promotion/error according to her which I did, bank advised to dispute the charges since you guys didn’t honour the promotion you had. That’s mean your agent lie,
I will be contacting accc(Australia competition and consumer commission)for a business to make false claim & Unfair practices. Show details

I booked flexible ticket, when I called to rebook the ticket they want to charge about 30% of the ticket. When I rang the airlines directly, they told me that the ticket was not booked as flexible..! Show details

No support, no passport details on the tickets

I've booked the tickets and at the airport, we found out that there were no passport details on them. It was impossible to call or chat with Flight Network, there was no support and it was an unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed. Luckily for us, the airport staff was able to help us last minute. I will never book via Flight Network again and strongly recommend you to avoid them at all costs. Cheap tickets end up in big problems with service and flights. Show details

My wife and 2 children we're not able to board yesterday (27/10/23) flight Kul - Brussels due to tickets error. 24 hours waiting for ticket replacement. Not resolve yet. Customer service not helping much, kept us waiting even we reached at checkin counter 4 hours from the schedule. Will update the outcome.

Tip for consumers:
I expect Flightnetwork be responsible and replace my tickets since it's the failure of their system. Will update if they settle this properly. I already lost 24 hours and might continue waiting another 24 hours. Show details

Never use this company!!!!

I wanted to change my flight 2 weeks before departure - they charged $118 and couldn't guarantee my seat!! This was for a British Airways flight from Inverness to Heathrow. I then booked directly with BA for just over this amount and have a guaranteed seat. Absolutely disgraceful. Daylight robbery. Show details

DO NOT USE FLIGHT NETWORK FOR FLIGHT BOOKING

Their prices are higher than direct booking through Airline.
There is no information on cancellation fees during the booking. I cancelled my flight well in advance, I have to pay more than half price of the ticket. However, if I was booking through Airline directly there was 0 cancellation fee! To contact them for change or cancellation you have to pay $60 each time too as there is no other option.
Refund timeframe is a secret. They won't tell you how long it can take. It could take even 5 years maybe!
In overall there is no value adding benefit to book your flight through their website, but the loss. Show details

Company is basically a scam

Could not have been a worse experience, flight changed to a flight 5 hours earlier than when we booked it, they then delayed "getting back to me" for so long i ended up HAVING to pay them to change it as i could not wait any longer.. In my mind this is a literal scam & complaints have been lodged with the appropriate government bodies.
The stress this caused before a major holiday was absolutely disgusting & i will be extremely honest about my opinion on this company as much as i possibly can.

Terrible company to deal with

Airline cancelled our flights and told us to claim refund from flight network. Nearly impossible to get anyone to assist us. They keep telling us we need to contact the airline, when we do this the airline informed us that they have already authorised the refund. Called flight network to tell them that airline gives permission for refund and we are again told to contact the airline. Other times we are told that we need to speak to a supervisor, but there are no supervisors available at flight network. Round and round in circles. Worst Booking Company on the Internet

Please be aware that if you are after a refund, this company doesn't care about you. You are typing to an automated machine on the live chat & ringing up is hopeless no matter what time of the day or night. The customer service is very poor & update for your request for a refund are non existent. Show details

Never book with this. Have agents in India. Unprofessional. Will loot your money. I lost over $3000 in COVID-19 when they failed to communicate back to Virgin and Fiji Airways to provide me flight credit. They try their best not to give your flight back as they want to absorb your money. Never book through ANY agent - just book through original airline for peace of mind. Show details

horrible customer service. I tried the chat and call. both were terrible. For each question i ask i was on hold for almost 20 mins. the person i spoke to had difficulty understanding English on both the Chat (the name seems vietnamese and call - India hotline)

Pathetic travel agency

Flight Network only cares about making money, no consideration for the people that purchase tickets from them. Most reviews have said that they are scammers, yes, scammers in a cloak of a travel agency. I contacted Flightnetwork to cancel my flight and asked for a refund, then I was told the airline do not give refunds, I asked for a credit note to use my ticket at another time. Flightnetwork told me to contact the airline, however, because I bought my ticket from a travel agent the airline will not entertain me. I contacted them to contact the airline on my behalf to give me a credit voucher. But the email I received from them is telling me that they will not left a finger at all to help me. Pathetic service. Scammers indeed.

Never Use this Company

They cancelled my flight after I asked/paid them to make some changes. They then never re-booked it and refused to refund my money for months. They then refunded the amount I paid to makes some changes ($600) but didn't refund the main flight from Australia to Europe ($1800) that they cancelled on me. To this day they admit they made the mistake but keep telling me I need to contact the airline if I want to try get a refund when the airline didn't do anything wrong. Show details

The worst servers & customer server ever, I don't believe it, after purchasing the flexible tickets for a group of passengers, I paid more for a flexible ticket, then I tried to move one of us to a different date, they said I can not all the group must be moved.
