The worst agent ever!
Airline cancelled our flight. Flight network hasn't done anything to find a different one even though I inform them 3 months before the date of flight. Now they don't want to refund money for this flight. Completely unhelpful!Frustrating, slow, unhelpful
NEVER BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK. Slow, unhelpful and incredibly frustrating.I had 2 things I needed to change with my flights:
1. name on ticket
2. reschedule the return date
You're unable to make changes on the website so you have to wait for hours on the phone to speak to someone. The person you speak to can never help you straight away - it's almost a triage service because they always refer you to another team who has to call you back. You're stuck waiting for DAYS. Then there's extra fees for changes - which would be free if you go through the airline directly. The service is ridiculous given how much you pay for the tickets. Show details

I bought this app for a peace of mind because I got scared of many post covid airline chaos.But, it breached the trust , I ended up paying for extra one-way ticket to Australia.
My qantas return trip got cancelled 28 May 2023.
Of course, Qantas did not email. It was within my prediction. However, What I did not know is that the app was also negligent about informing the customer.

We booked a flight on Nov 11 to Bali on Batik Air which diverted us to Flight Network and when we went to pay we got an error message about the credit card or some problem. We waited a minute and went back and booked again using a different credit card and it processed as expected. Today I went to book my wheelchair assistance only to find out that they have now debited flights from both credit cards and have refused to refund the second booking as they say the tickets are non-refundable. I used flight network for first time & my experience w you was quite disappointed.Flight network had an offer on their website saying if I make credit/debit card payments, i would get $46.50 less on the transaction for $2231.86, I did make a purchase But discount didn’t happen. When contacted flight network via chat agent keep pushing blaming on bank & I was told to contacted my bank by your agent since it’s their promotion/error according to her which I did, bank advised to dispute the charges since you guys didn’t honour the promotion you had. I've booked the tickets and at the airport, we found out that there were no passport details on them. It was impossible to call or chat with Flight Network, there was no support and it was an unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed. Luckily for us, the airport staff was able to help us last minute. I will never book via Flight Network again and strongly recommend you to avoid them at all costs. I wanted to change my flight 2 weeks before departure - they charged $118 and couldn't guarantee my seat!! This was for a British Airways flight from Inverness to Heathrow. DO NOT USE FLIGHT NETWORK FOR FLIGHT BOOKING
Their prices are higher than direct booking through Airline.There is no information on cancellation fees during the booking. I cancelled my flight well in advance, I have to pay more than half price of the ticket. However, if I was booking through Airline directly there was 0 cancellation fee! To contact them for change or cancellation you have to pay $60 each time too as there is no other option.
Refund timeframe is a secret. They won't tell you how long it can take. It could take even 5 years maybe!
In overall there is no value adding benefit to book your flight through their website, but the loss. Show details

Booking with this company was easy but trying to get help when something goes wrong is a nightmare! Phoned them over seven times to change a flight after the airline changed the time of our flight so we would miss our connecting flight. Pleasant people on the phone but no help at all. I was told that the change request was in process for nearly three months! Eventually rang the airline directly and was told to go back to my travel agent. After several more calls, I rang the airline again and finally sorted it myself. Today (after nearly five mo... Could not have been a worse experience, flight changed to a flight 5 hours earlier than when we booked it, they then delayed "getting back to me" for so long i ended up HAVING to pay them to change it as i could not wait any longer.. In my mind this is a literal scam & complaints have been lodged with the appropriate government bodies.The stress this caused before a major holiday was absolutely disgusting & i will be extremely honest about my opinion on this company as much as i possibly can.

Airline cancelled our flights and told us to claim refund from flight network. Nearly impossible to get anyone to assist us. They keep telling us we need to contact the airline, when we do this the airline informed us that they have already authorised the refund. Called flight network to tell them that airline gives permission for refund and we are again told to contact the airline. Other times we are told that we need to speak to a supervisor, but there are no supervisors available at flight network. Round and round in circles. Flight Network cancelled our flight 1 day prior to departure with no explanation. When we called them they told us that our long haul flight was delayed so our connecting flight would be missed, rather than offering us a later connecting flight they cancelled both flights. Lousy Service, charged for something I didn't get
Their online booking service is fine, I booked an Emirates flight to NZ return. I also paid extra for a window seat each way. After booking I found that it was a Qantas flight for Emirates. When I was allocated my seat at check in, found it wasn't a window seat, no refund. Unfortunately I injured myself second day in NZ and had to return early. Purchased a return flight to Melbourne, but had to cancel the flight. Asked for a travel credit (not refund), as I will need to take this trip, but not sure when to re-book now. Worst ever customer service, very incompetent staffs
I bought tickets but later needed to cancel the flight. When I called, they said that I had to rebook the flight and reissue the tickets at the same time which I know it was incorrect. The tickets can be reissued later within 12 months while the ticket is still valid. Thus, I told them just to cancel the flight and leave the rest the way it is, I will deal with the airline later to reissue the tickets. Pathetic travel agency
Flight Network only cares about making money, no consideration for the people that purchase tickets from them. Most reviews have said that they are scammers, yes, scammers in a cloak of a travel agency. I contacted Flightnetwork to cancel my flight and asked for a refund, then I was told the airline do not give refunds, I asked for a credit note to use my ticket at another time. Flightnetwork told me to contact the airline, however, because I bought my ticket from a travel agent the airline will not entertain me. I contacted them to contact the airline on my behalf to give me a credit voucher. But the email I received from them is telling me that they will not left a finger at all to help me. They cancelled my flight after I asked/paid them to make some changes. They then never re-booked it and refused to refund my money for months. They then refunded the amount I paid to makes some changes ($600) but didn't refund the main flight from Australia to Europe ($1800) that they cancelled on me. Avoid this company!I booked a flight with FlightNetwork and wanted to purchase extra baggage for my bike. I called FlightNetwork 22 times and was told each time to contact the airline. The airline, Qantas, said that because my ticket was purchased through an agency, FlightNetwork needed to contact Qantas Agency Connect to add the baggage. I am appalled by FlightNetwork's customer service. It has been ten weeks now and they still have not been able to resolve this issue. The agent I spoke with was obstructive, I requested an email address so that I could provide more details in writing and he refused to give me their email address. Instead, he directed me to their Contact Us page which doesn't contain their email address, and said its not my problem you can't find the email address. He was nasty, belligerent, and insulting. At the end of the call, he said, "I hope you have a nice day," but his tone meant the opposite. It has been another eight weeks and still no refund. I would not recommend FlightNetwork to anyone. If you are considering using FlightNetwork, I urge you to reconsider. There are many other travel agencies out there that offer excellent customer service. Please do your research and choose a company that will treat you with respect. I want to cancel my flight and rebook with someone else. I am writing this as a warning to other customers so that they do not have to go through the same terrible experience that I did."
