We have not flown yet. Our flight is is in July 2024. My friend Mary Finkel booked our flights. Yesterday she added one checked for each of us. When she looked at her credit card the charge was $297 for three bags. It should have been $222. Mary did a chat and was told she was charged for a name change. We DID NOT change any names on our booking. They would not refund the charge. You cannot have a phone conversation with anyone regarding this. After this experience and lack of customer service I will not be booking with Frontier Airlines again. How dare they add an Unauthorized charge to our booking and refuse to reverse their mistake.…

Avoid this airline at all costs, worst customer service ever and they nickel dime you for everything: We had a flight with Frontier airlines F9 3470 on May 31st which was delayed by 3 hrs and as a result we missed our connection flight with Frontier F9 20. Due to no fault of ours, Frontier being completely liable. The next flight they could book us on was the next day at 6 am. So they said they would provide accommodation, 6 hours later after waiting in the anirport and ask the Frontier customer service 5-6 times for an update on the hotel. We kept getting the same response you should get a email shortly. They would go in the “back room and do stuff”… which was clearly then just sitting down and wasting time to avoid resolving customers issues for 30min - 1 hour wasting our time. If you try and resolve it via phone you just get an AI and nothing to help resolve the issues. This is clearly design so the customer just gives up and it is a very obvious and toxic business practice. There is no recourse for a customer to deal with an issue with Frontier and this is clearly by design. Has to be one of the worst airline customer service experience I have had in over 50-100 flight both domestic and international. If you have issues with them skip their customer service both online and in person and just submit a DOT complaint against the airline and book with another provider, save yourself hours-days of wasted time being run in circles with nothing being resolved.…

Bait and switch tactics. Do not waste your money on flight flexibility they find a way to charge you more anyway. No customer service and if you do get connected it’s Someone in India who could care less about your experience.

I arrived at Fort Lauderdale later than scheduled and my bag was severely damaged and left on the carousel with it completely ripped open leaving an 18 inch piece of metal exposed; which injured the handler upon picking the bag up off the carousel. There was no tape on it to secure my belongings, or any effort to assist as there was not a Frontier representative anywhere in sight. I contacted customer service, received and incident number and CRM number and also uploaded multiple photos of the damage as well as the injury. There has not been an attempt at a resolution since 05/15/2024. I receive email messages stating an apology; but no resloution. I have been trying to seek accountability for this without success.…
