Delayed my flight.once I called they rebooked me for the next flight overnight. When I got to airport they said I had no flight booked. Agent lied about the delay and rebooked flight. I had to buy an entire expensive ticket just to reach home. Worse airline don’t waste your money or time.…

Chaotic confusion
Info about other flights at the gates, not about mine. No update for delay; no reason given for delay. On return flight, aircraft pulled up to the wrong gate. Passengers had to walk to the other end of the terminal to get to the gate our aircraft had come to. Mistakes like that and lack of information raise questions about the competence of staff and the safety of the flights.…

This is the worst airlines I have ever used: always delayed without any warning. I came to the airport 2 hours before. Only before opening the gate the workers said it is delayed. There was no email, not an announcement. The same happened to the other passengers. The workers themselves are not so kind and are not willing to help or give any information, let alone apologize for the inconvenience.I hope would never use it again.…

They don’t give a flip. 15 hour delay due to their flight crew scheduling and they couldn’t care less about the passengers.

Frontier won’t let you fly go 3 hours early no refund
I went to check in my flight and I was showing up minutes before boarding and they told me I had to check in early and to reschedule my flight that day was 500$ no refunds and the next flight would be longer. Worse airline experience ever. Go early 3hrs before flight and wouldn’t recommend. The only thing convenient is the price…
