SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE. The worse airlines, zero respect towards passengers, pre purchased 3 luggage bags but on check in we got charged for the third bag twice since they told us they can’t see the third bag in the system meanwhile I showed the lady the invoice showing 3 bags had been paid for!!! 2 bags were overweight as the weight limit is just 40 lbs “. They make you pay to take a carry on bag which is ridiculous. To fly from Dallas to Chicago for 2 people just the ticket itself cost $300 dollars but we ended up to paying $600 for luggage. They are a huge scammers!!!!!!…

I don’t fly often but now I know why my customers, friends or family choose not to fly Frontier. I swear every flight must have issues. What’s wrong with this Airline? Today they’re making us sit at the gate for over a hour trapped on plane because of a “Paperwork Delay”. Probably of course BS. Why can’t they get their act together. I will pay extra for better airline and treatment for sure in the future. You definitely get what you pay for on this one! Horrible experience most of the time!!!…

We are a family of 5 traveling home from San Diego back to Denver. Our flight was delayed an hour we sat at the gate for another hour before finding out online that the flight was canceled. There was not one person at the frontier gate nor did they announce that it was canceled. We had to walk back out to the front of the airport just to be told there is nothing they can do. We also found out that they are the only airline that doesn't give any vouchers for lodging, food, or transportation. Meanwhile we had to book a hotel and take an Uber because they rescheduled the flight for the next day! Absolutely horrendous experience and the people working at the counter were not sympathetic in any way. Will never fly with them again.…

Was left at the airport all night no food vouchers no room vouchers they let us sit on the tar Mac for over an hour brought us back to the gate the pilot said they can only work just so long unloaded us from the plane had to go an retrieve luggage they said they might have a flight in the morning however that was questionable this airline should be fined for the treatment of all the passengers they absolutely suck I would rather swim to my destination these guys can FO.…

The worst airline, don’t travel on Frontier. Worst is flight was cancelled after 11 hours of delays and misinformation. Worst customer service. Lack ground staff, gate staff and everything else that could wrong is with FA. I will never travel again on FA. This was my second attempt and FA failed miserably.
