I bought my husband one for Christmas and it stopped working out of nowhere 4 months later!! Now we have to send it in to get fixed or replaced by PlayStation. This is too expensive to just break after a few months. So disappointed!!

Pretty slick looking sucks it doesn’t come with the stand I did end up buying a stand off eBay used one but in good condition for $15 how lucky am I haha. Anyway good system runs cool and quite except for when I install a disc game that is kinda noisy but when it’s onsite system is very quite. The added storage is nice also now we get a 1TB which is actually 880 it still plenty.

I was not happy with the customer service I experienced at the apple valley south store. I needed my things with in a certain time period and it was like them trying to perform brain surgery. It literally only took about a hour and twenty five minutes for my order to be ready. When the team lead had no good explanation for me. For that alone I should get some of my money back.. poor customer service here..
