Yep, it's a kind of Cream tribute, but that"s OK! Great to hear Bruce's voice again, and Baker's percussion is still unique and inspiring, as is the rock/blues guitar of Gary Moore, with whom I was unfamiliar. Definitely worthwhile.

This is one of the best post-Cream albums that Jack Bruce has been part of. I've been a long running fan of Jack Bruce in many of his followup bands after Cream (e.g. BLT). This album proves that Jack still has the song writing skills and his vocals are still as strong and robust as ever.
This album brings back Ginger Baker and adds guitarist Gary Moore to the mix which is bloody incredible! I highly recommend this album to anyone who enjoys Jack Bruce with the addition one of the best late guitarists for the blues...

Gary Moore is my guy so this album was a no-brainer. Just get it!

This is simply one of the best albums I have heard in 30 years or more. Absolutely incredible. Ginger' s time is tighter than than a quartz watch. The melodies and fidelity are impeccable. Jack Bruce's playing and vocals totally support his legendary musical prowess. The addition of Brian Moore to the mix couldn't be more perfect. This compilation is magical in terms of everything harmonic. Let me conclude by saying if you only owned 5 albums this should be one of the 5. Get it before it goes out of print.

I am a bit disappointed in this album. What some of the other reviews fail to mention is that Bruce's amazing voice is not always used. Instead, Moore does a lot of the vocals. Moore is great on guitar, but his voice is rather generic. I also found that this is the most boring I have ever heard Ginger Baker play. He is by far my favorite percussionist, but there is nothing exceptional in the drums on this album. As for the guitar work, well, no complaints here. Moore's axe saves the show from pure tedium. This, as others have stated, is no Cream album. I should state that it is not the absence of Clapton which makes the diffence. I have always been on of those who say Clapton had to become "Slowhand" because he could not keep up with Bruce and Baker. Instead, it is the absence of Bruce and Baker which bring the album down. Their whole talent is just not there. If you are a Gary Moore fan, then you are likely to be pleased, so go ahead and spend the money.

Das klingt natürlich ziemlich nach Cream !
Ich muss sagen ich vermisse Herrn Clapton kein Bisschen !
Mister Moore macht einen Top-Job ! !
Über die hervorragenden Fähigkeiten von Jack und Ginger gibt es wohl keinen Zweifel !
Und über den Klang der Schallplatten kann man ebenfalls nicht meckern !

Muy buen disco
Reviewed in Spain on July 1, 2021
Excelente disco y muy buena calidad de edición, como es habitual en el sello que edita el vinilo. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque el disco, aún perfectamente embalado, llega con suciedad superficial, inaceptable en un producto nuevo y con ese precio.
