Martina Hund-Mejean

On February 1, 2023, the Board announced that Martina had decided to not seek re-election at the 2023 AGM, and would step down from the Board of Shell plc.

Euleen Goh

Retired: May 23, 2023. In line with best practice, Euleen chose not to seek re-election at the 2023 AGM after serving nine years on the Board.
