Just about finished wiping mine and my daughters play books. Trying to get this bit right from the off.
How do I set up contacts so that she can either video chat me on my playbook or my z10. Does she need to have two contacts here and me for her. She has a legacy device and a playbook.

Can't seem to find where to add the playbook video chat options. That picture I found online.

Just enter the PIN of Playbook in ur z10 contacts. Then add PIN of z10 in contacts for the Playbook video chat.

Luv the option to say goodnight to the family on video when I'm at work. Works great on q5 and z10.

On the Z10, I have two pins saved. Her Playbook and her legacy device for bbm. I just don't see the option to start a video call anywhere as in the image above.

Try making a separate contact for the Playbook, enter the Playbook PIN and see what happens.

U could also make a chat call from the Playbook to the z10 and save it as a contact.

Probably would have to have different Blackberry IDs on the two devices. And how would all this affect brige and other functions?

You can do it somehow, I found an answer where someone called their own playbook from a bb10 device on the same bbid but I can't find it again.
When I make a chat call from the PlayBook to my z10 I can't see an option to add it to contacts. I can just open the ended call and re-initiate the call but only if I leave call ended message in the hub. I'll try making a new contact and linking it.
