Never mind the fact I'm clinging vainly to the hope that Liverpool do something mad and get top 4. Never mind the dubious regime that is underpinning 's success. I'm buzzing off the fun their fans are having. Been too long. Passion and devotion. I'm having that.

For anyone who espouses getting rid of the NHS...and if you think "oh, but that wouldn't happen here", you should probably get your kindly GP to shine a light in your left ear to see if it comes out of the right. They'll do that for free, by the way. #NHS

The NHS might be struggling right now, but thank goodness no one in the UK will be asked to pay $807.96 for insulin. We must never stop fighting to keep it that way.

If you’re looking for a report card on how badly the conservative government has failed the country. Here’s all the evidence you would ever need. Ignore the Baird media headlines. Look for the data.

Insomnia diaries pt. 3. It's getting better maaaaan. Still been awake since 0250, however, I have just made an important discovery. Wotsits and houmous are a God tier witching hour snack. At least the lack of sleep helped me follow the #BM100! Congrats to all involved. #snacks

Whether competing or watching, I thoroughly recommend a steroid injection in your knee to get you through #BM100. The insomnia is real people. 5am and I'm feeling fiiiiiiine!

We're going to hit somewhere between 1.6°C and 2.6°C of global warming in the coming years making it difficult or impossible for humans and other species to cope as essential systems collapse. That explains why scientists are now urging immediate economic system change actions.🧵

Question: If the wants to portray an air of impartiality, why don't they let all of their employees speak their wide range of opinions, without censure, unless their words are illegal? They certainly don't seem to put a brake on 's grim verbal diarrhoea.

theguardian.com/media/2023/mar This is absolutely awful. For explanation, if you're not a link clicker, this is the episode that talks the losses of nature in the UK and what has caused the declines. Attenborough's last show, maybe his most important and it will be semi-hidden.

While I'm having a fairly prolific posting day, I'd love it if you can take a minute to check out the work and follow and (or your regional equivalent) to see why I ran... "...for world peace...women's rights...the homeless...the environment...for animals"
