AB Lifosa strengthens its partnership with education and research institutions to train future professionals

On 31 October, AB Lifosa signed a cooperation agreement with Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) and Kėdainiai Bright Gymnasium. Under the agreement, the parties will strive to strengthen partnerships between education, science and industry, to focus their efforts on increasing the interest of pupils and students in science and technology, and to cooperate in developing future professionals.

The official partnership was signed by the AB Lifosa CEO Jonas Dastikas, the VMU Rector Juozas Augutis and the Kėdainiai Bright Gymnasium Principal Violeta Liutkienė.

"As an active and responsible representative of the Kėdainiai regional community and the Lithuanian society, AB Lifosa has consistently contributed to the education of the younger generation and to the training of future specialists. We are confident that the partnership established through this agreement will help us to nurture the engagement of students in the fields of technology and science, and to encourage more young people to aim for future careers in these promising areas," said Dastikas, CEO of AB Lifosa.

AB Lifosa, VMU and Kėdainiai Bright Gymnasium have agreed to concentrate their efforts on various joint projects, including organising events, lectures and conferences, exchanging scientific and organisational resources, providing internships for students and other activities designed to promote technology and science. The open-ended agreement entered into force on the day of its signing.
