Can't reset password

I have been trying to unlock an old laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 11e) of mine. However, I received it when I was in middle school and it is linked to the school email that I cannot access anymore. I have tried to reset the password for the laptop, and it asks to send a code to that email, (which I cannot access). I have tried to verify my identity with it through the link it has given me, but because I don't remember anything about it, I am unable to verify my identity and thus cannot receive my code to unlock the laptop.

We know nothing about the history of what type of license is on that laptop.

If it is a laptop that you bought yourself with the operating system preinstalled you will have to clean reinstall the operating system.

We can not help you with lost or forgotten Passwords.
