At our nine restaurants and 11 kitchens at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, something is always cooking and these are the chefs who bring the flavor to your table. Executive Chef Dustin Urbanik has climbed the culinary ranks at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa and now oversees culinary activities and menu development across all of Grand Geneva's restaurants, cafes and lounges. With an appreciation for sourcing food locally, he continues expanding upon the resort's relationships with local and regional farms and purveyors.
